Rhythm activities

Teaching elementary music includes a few main concepts-- like teaching rhythm! This board includes ideas for teaching rhythm through games, manipulatives, composition, songs, etc. I sort them into different levels. Level 1 includes quarter notes, quarter rests, and eighth notes. Level 2 includes half notes and sixteenth notes. Level 3 includes whole notes, dotted quarters, dotted half notes, and syncopa (eighth-quarter-eighth).
