My transformation over 2 years. Using My Fitness Pal app to track how many calories and carbs I eat, doing various cardio as well as weight lifting 1 hr - 1.5 hrs a day at least 5 days a week. Yes, being aware of the number on the scale is important but even more importantly is improving your overall health and developing healthy habits that last a lifetime. It won't be easy, it is a daily struggle, but it will be worth it. If you're dedicated, it CAN be done! #getfit
