Make sure you dry your salmon 
1 packet of puff pastry 
2 lightly smoked salmon fillets 
3 tablespoons of velvety Boursin 
Handful of chopped watercress 
Handful of grated mozzarella 
Egg yolk for glaze 
Salt and pepper to taste 
Sesame seeds if desired 

Chop the watercress and add to the Boursin 
Then follow the video 
Oven at 200°C for 25 mins or until golden and crisp

Sam Way on Instagram: "Episode 7 | Date Night Dishes Coq Au Vin 🐓 Serves 4 - Olive oil - 160g lardons - 4 chicken legs - 3 cloves garlic - 400g mushrooms, larger ones halved - 220g shallots, halved - 750ml red wine - Bouqet garni - sprig of thyme & rosemary, 2 bay leaves - Salt & pepper to taste - 750ml beef stock, or enough to cover Slurry: - 2 tbsp flour - 4 tbsp cold water - Few tbsp hot liquid from sauce Mash: - 1kg King edward potatoes - 80g butter - Rosemary, parsley & thyme, finely chopped - 2 garlic cloves - 80ml cream - Splash of milk 1. The day before, place chicken in a bowl, pour over wine, garlic & bouquet garni. Cover & marinate in the fridge overnight. 2. Sam on Instagram: "Less than 8 ingredients also turns me on Ingredients: -6 Chicken Thighs (boneless/skinless) -1 French Onion Soup Mix -3T Olive Oil -2 Onions, chopped -1.5 cups Long Grain Rice - 2 cups Chicken stock - 3 tbsp sour cream (could use heavy cream or cream cheese) - 1 large handful of spinach leaves Recipe 1. In a large frying pan, sauté onions with some butter/oil and some salt. Once cooked through (about 7 minutes), remove from pan and set aside. 2. Coat your chicken with French onion soup mix.
