It’s already gluten free, but feel free to swap to a different yogurt to make them dairy free as well! Made 2 loaves a few days ago and the first one is already gone 😂 Before you ask- NO you don’t taste any cottage cheese, it just adds to the moist texture and adds extra protein! 

⬇️RECIPE⬇️

Ingredients:
3 eggs 
1/2 cup cottage cheese 
2 mashed bananas 
2 or 3 tbsp maple syrup (I used 3)
2 teaspoons vanilla 
2 & 1/2 cups almond flour 
1tsp baking soda 
1 tbsp cinnamon
 As many choc chips as your heart desires 

Instructions:
1) preheat oven to 350*
2) grease baking dish or line dish with parchment paper (I recommend lining with parchment paper)
3) whisk all wet ingredients together in a bowl, then fold in dry ingredients 
4)mix together and add in chocolate chips  and mix some more
