Suction Sanding Table This is a project I have been wanted to do for a while but since I got a smaller hose that attaches to my ROS I kinda put it on the back burner. I decided to go ahead and do it. I used pine and some pegboard. I also used some thin paneling for the inside tapered bottoms. I tapered it all to the side hoping it will all go to the suction hole in side. The crossing pieces were tricky. Not only do they need to be the right length, and have the bird’s mouth joint on both ends, but the notch must end up dead center. These photos show the jig I used for the bird’s mouth. Bring the chisel in from both sides to cut the joint. It’s not my design. I took it from one of the books by @desking01.
