Fibromyalgia and Adrenal Fatigue
With so much talk about adrenal fatigue I decided to do research. I was shocked about what I found and how it related to fibromyalgia sufferers.
Ingredients (for half gallon)   • 32 oz OJ (pulp free)  • 32 oz Coconut water (pure, no other ingredients)   • 1 tsp sea salt   • 1 tsp cream of tartar   Mix all ingredients in an airtight jug, shake and pour. Shake between each use.
