A nice growing city on the coast, noosed away in a break in the coast. It is protected from the large waves and the beating of the wind. It is a perfect cozy holiday destination, continuously expanding as more money flows in. Everyone wants to visit this ultra-kind city. Many arrive afraid it is a dream and there must be some ongoing scam, but they leave knowing this is truly heaven on earth.

In a future where the world above had withered under the oppressive weight of pollution, humanity sought salvation beneath the waves. The city of Elysium thrived in the vast depths of the ocean, its towers stretching like coral reefs, bathed in the glowing light of bio-luminescent plants. Schools of fish drifted lazily through the streets, their vibrant scales shimmering like precious gems.
